Order Processing Information / Who is ATX?

ATX is the owner of the BEAST trademark. All orders placed on this website are processed by ATX via the Paypal online payment system, on behalf of BEAST Brand Premium Streetwear. As such, all transactions will be notated as between you and ATX.

Return Policy & BEAST Promise

If you make a mistake with your order, email us ASAP and we will see what can reasonably be done to get you the product you want.

The BEAST Promise: If WE make a mistake or the product supplied is defective, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.

Should a mistake arise or the product you ordered be defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase date. Please include your order number, phone number, and a detailed explanation of the problem. A Customer Service representative will then contact you with further instructions.

NOTE: All custom made products are made-to-order and therefore returned goods cannot be resold. TOP

How fast will my order be processed and when will it be delivered?

Processing of your order starts during the next business day after payment is received and typically takes up to three additional business days to ship.

We ship to US-based customers via USPS Priority Mail® in most cases. Orders are typically delivered in two to three days after your order is shipped. The UPS service area includes all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, there is no delivery on weekends or holidays. TOP

Does BEAST deliver products overseas?

BEAST is proud to offer international shipping to destinations in over 190 countries.

Typically we ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail® International. Delivery times vary depending on destination - typically 6 to 10 business days to major destinations.

We regret that tracking a shipment is currently unavailable although the BEAST Customer Service Dept will be happy to notify you when your order shipped.

International Customs Fees

International mail is subject to customs examination in the country of its destination. All BEAST orders shipping internationally will be accompanied by a customs form.

Unfortunately, countries outside of the USA sometimes place steep taxes and/or duties on packages arriving from the USA. As such, we cannot control or be held responsible for any import duties, taxes, or similar additional charges. Please consult your local delivery service for more information. TOP

Do I have to pay US sales tax on my order?

Typically, you do not have to pay US sales tax on your BEAST order. We do have a physical presence in North Carolina, so orders shipping to that state are subject to sales tax (excluding sales to registered resellers). Tax rates are based on the shipped to address.

  • SMALL: 34” – 36”
  • MEDIUM: 38” – 40”
  • LARGE: 42” – 44”
  • XLARGE: 46” – 48”
  • XXLARGE: 50” – 52”

All sizes are approximate.

Shrinkage:

BEAST’s Premium T Shirts are crafted from 100% pre-shrunk combed ring spun cotton. Tolerance for wash shrinkage is inline with the wholesale/imprintable industry standard. TOP

Washing Instructions:

1. Machine wash warm with like colors.
2. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
3. Tumble dry medium.
4. DO NOT iron decoration.
5. Dryclean: any solvent except trichloroethylene.

What gives? I saw this killer BEAST product somewhere but can’t find it for purchase on the website.

Due to BEAST’s quick strike product release schedule some shirt and/or graphic colors may currently be unavailable. (EG: A shirt/graphic combination is displayed on the web page but doesn't show up as an option in the order process).
